[ICOM] proIII swr short

Hi Gary

Connections are tight
SWR is infinity
Dummy load every ant the same
The next question may be a clue. I don't have a freq counter but I used my 
775DSP to test your question.

I just tired all bands. 160 and 80 meters do not transmit on their bands. 
all the other bands transmit where the VFO freq says.

Packing looked great double boxed. No visible damage.
