[ICOM] proIII swr short

Hi Dan,
Just some random thoughts.
The power supply good, all connections nice and tight?
The swr meter is pegged over 3:1?
Tried different antennas?
Do you have a good known flat dummy load to try the radio into?
Have you a frequency counter to set near the rig and make sure its
actually transmitting on the displayed frequency? Looking for a spur or
no on the correct frequency so the antenna would be out of tune.
How was the packing and shipping container? Good packing? Container free
from damage?
