[ICOM] Small module to receive IR signals and send CI-V messages

A few years ago I was involved in a project to develop a remote control 
module which received IR control signals from a standard television type 
remote control. The board would then send a CI-V message to control the 
radio. One of the boards is on eBay at the link below.
