[ICOM] ICOM IC 745

Hello,

I need some advise on an ICOM IC 745, Presently it is not working and I 
am wondering if I should try getting it fixed or sell it ?   It just 
turns on with the lights coming on and digital counter is working, Just 
no audio or TX.   It does have the new memory module and it looks to be 
in fairly good shape with no scratches.    What is the going price for 
one of these radios in working condition ?   I know the memory module is 
worth about $ 100.00 so with what I paid for the radio I do not have too 
much money in it.  

Yes I bought it off E Bay in non working condition and it was disclosed 
that way so there are no problems there.   Who would you recommend for 
me to contact to fix it ?   What is everyone's ideas here ?
