[ICOM] IC746Pro output power fail

Hello Guenter,

I read and heard many reasons of the power output failure.

A friend of mine had the same problem and discovered a loose contact in 
the neighbourhood of the transmitter/PA. After moving it a little bit he 
had power output again and since that time no problem...
