[ICOM] IC746Pro output power fail

I know about the driver IC problem, I had this some years ago and it was was 
repaired by ICOM.
The strange thing is  the  frequency dependency of the max output power.
Therefore is guess, it is something different, and I want to ask, wether this 
is a known /common problem.
