Two possibilities:

Ken's message contained HTML.  If you included it in your response, 
then your response would contain HTML and could trigger a "spam" rejection, or

the Juno-inserted footer in your message ("Click Now!") could have 
triggered the spam response.

In either case, your last response did make it OK.
