[ICOM] ASCII vs HTML

Hi, Jack. 
 
I can tell you what is wrong!  I had the same trouble. 
 
The mailman.qth.net server sees the advertising URL 
that Juno attaches to EVERY message and that is 
what will reject your message as spam.
