...Wind Advisory in effect from 10 am to 9 PM PDT Tuesday...

The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a Wind Advisory...
which is in effect from 10 am to 9 PM PDT Tuesday.

Winds will increase across western Nevada by late Tuesday morning.
Southwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph are expected
through Tuesday evening. Locally stronger gusts to 70 mph are
likely in wind prone areas including Washoe Valley and the
foothills west of Reno and Carson City.

These winds will produce areas of blowing dust by Tuesday in
northwest Nevada...with visibility reduced to 2 miles or less at
times along portions of Highway 395 and Highway 50 east of Carson
City.
