It might be a physically GANGED pot, not separate pots.  If you have the time,
you could pull it and get the data, and research it from Mouser, Allied, or any
number of places.

OR...

You can just suck it up, order the part from ICOM knowing it will be the right
one, then open the radio and go for it when it arrives.

Sometimes OEM parts is just the way to go.

Otherwise - use your digital camera to take photos as you go along, great for
putting it back together later.  Work slow and you should be OK.
