[ICOM] IC781 display problem

Doug,
I have seen similar problems in other 781s caused by the adjustment pots 
in the CRT assembly being dirty and intermittent. Try cleaning them with 
Deoxit or some other pot cleaner, and see if that helps. You will have 
to turn each pot to clean it and then readjust the CRT for the proper 
display.
