[ICOM] IC-2KL help needed

Greetings Listers,
                  Having a problem with my IC-2KL
amp.. It just started to shut down in a idle
condition.  When it is first turned on it powers up
fine and looks great.  After about 30 seconds a relay
clicks in the amp and the primary power shuts down,
although I can still see a solid 43 volts on the panel
meter.  In about another 30 seconds the relay clicks
again and primary is intact with the meter light and
band indicator lights working normally.  It repeats
this cycle as long as the amp is on.  Needless to say,
you cannot get it on the air.  Since it never goes
into transmit I feel it is not an ALC issue. The power
supply has been checked and is functioning fine.  Any
suggestions as to where to start would be greatly
appreciated.  Many thanks for your time.
