[ICOM] CI-V Cable.

I have used one of the cheapest ebay cables for about a year now with Ham Radio
Deluxe.   They are a small unit that works with my IC-746PRO, IC-706, and
IC-725.  The seller is jcc368 and first bought one to test it.  Then later I
ordered more to leave with each radio.
