[ICOM] CI-V Cable.

I bought one of those from E-Bay over a year ago.  I couldn't get it to work
either.  Not sure if there IS a source for a working USB-CIV cable.  I ended up
using a USB-Serial adapter cable on the 478.  Clunky and heavy in the laptop
bag, but it works.

If you find a working USB-CIV cable, put the word out.  I am sure we are not the
only ones.
