[ICOM] IC-745 Power Output

  Hello, I have an IC-745 transceiver that recently developed a problem in
the power output. I am getting about 50 watts continual RF output in any
mode lsb,usb,cw,rtty as soon as I transmit even with the mic. gain and power
output pot set out at minimum. This seemed to happen after I had switch to
and from the RTTY position. the receiver still works fine it's just RF
output is constant.
