Alan: Without actually looking at your power supply schematic, I would recommnd you check the current shunt resistor as has been previously suggested. If OK, then check the resistors in the current shutdown circuitry for value change. Many times as resistors age, they will look OK, but may have changed in value. Also determine that the current drawn by the radio is OK, as it may really be too high and therefore the over current detector in the supply could be working properly. Good luck, Larry K4LXV.
