[ICOM] IC-761 p/s

I noticed the same thing when I opened a failed PS35 on my 751A. I think
it's because the supply is imperfectly sealed and traps moisture. It would
probably be better if these supplies were vented... But then RF hash might
be an issue.

boards are corroded on the tops.   They worked OK, in that there was no
difficulty in removing them, but I was surprised.  Is this common?
