[ICOM] New IC-7700 announced at Dayton

Beauty is still in the eyes of the beholder.  Icom's (useless, in my
opinion) dual watch is the reason my PROII is dedicated to 6 meters and I
own an FT-1000D for hf DXing and contesting.

I will be watching the IC-7700 very closely because it appears to be exactly
what I want to connect my PROII to and return to the Icom fold.
