[ICOM] Icom HT Problems

Hi Guys,

I just found my two Icom HT's (a IC-2SAT and a IC-24AT) that were in 
storage for several years without power. Both radios were in an unheated 
storeroom over the winter.   The batteries seem to charge up but there 
is no display.  Squelch seems to work on both radios but PTT has no effect.

Any thoughts on this?  I wondering if there is internal memory that has 
been erased that makes the radios inoperable. .
