[ICOM] IC775DSP and RTTY (FSK) power ratings

It is not the fact that AM is continous that limit it to 25W. It has to do 
with the mode it self. Also, FM is continous and rated 200W @ 100% duty 
cycle. I have tried both FM and RTTY at 200W without any problems. The fans 
get a bit loud at 200W running FM an RTTY for longer periods but the 775 
will handle it. Also there is protective circiuits reducing power if needed, 
but as long as the fans are working it will never happen.
