[ICOM] IC775DSP and RTTY (FSK) power ratings

We have a IC-775DSP at our club station W0MA.  We have been using it in 
many, many rtty contests over the  years at 200 watts.  Now contest 
qso's are short.  But even when we ragchew we have had no problems at 
200 watts.

We do reduce the power when we are using the Henry 4K to keep thing 
within the 1500 watts limit on rtty.
