[ICOM] Using 706mkiig with mast mount preamp

Hi,
I am using a 706mkiig and have a mast mount preamp with 12V running
to it. I would like to disable the preamp when I transmit. Are there any 
pinouts
on the ACC connector that would key or unkey a relay when I hit the PTT.
Or has anyone done this and would like to elaborate. I am sort of new to 
VHF/UHF
and just getting started to build a SSB station.
