[ICOM] IC-R2 cloning

Common problem - and not with just ICOM.

This won't help you much - except to give you an idea.

I kept an old 486/33 laptop on Win-95 for just this kind of problems.  I can
use my desktop to manipulate the data, then use the laptop to load it.
Older laptops like this go for pennies now-a-days.  Don't take up a lot of
room either.
