[ICOM] PW1 and 10 meters

I see, then the ARRL has not updated their site to reflect the new
wording of the rule it appears. I'll have to look at the actual CFR.
The PW1 has CI-V but doubtful it has designed into it the capability of
shutting down if tuned below the 10 meter band so the inability to
easily modify the unit
probably still stands for that amplifier.
I would suspect recertification would be required. Somehow the FCC has
to be aware and agree an existing manufactured amplifier operates
according to the new rule to be sold with out modification necessary for
10 meter operation.
