[ICOM] IC-718 / PSK31 / "phase noise"

PSK31 doesn't want high power.  All you do is splatter and destroy the band.
Keep your power below 25 watts, turn off your compressor and keep the mic
gain LOW.  All these will make for a clean signal from the radio that will
create the psk31 output you (and everybody else) wants to hear.
