[ICOM] 2720 DISPLAY fixed also,,,

wow the inside of the 2720 controller is quite different from the 2710.

When I opened it up,  the front display LCD seemed to be 
"firmly"  attached to the rubber conductor,  but on the other edge 
easily disconnected from the "circuit board" of the controller. SO I 
cleaned the pcb and the 'rubber', and left the rubber connected to 
the display,,,,

that was all that was necessary,,,,   buttoned her up and  TADA,,,,,
