Hi Woody,

Oh yes, I am somewhat familiar with the SDR-IQ and its bigger brother, the
SDR-14. They make pretty good spectrum analysers. With a good preselector
ahead of its RF input, either unit will make a decent direct-sampling
receiver.

Of course the ultimate direct-sampling receiver is the R&S EM510.
