[ICOM] Opinions wanted

Hi Alex. My PROIII does the same, it takes about 2-3 minutes to come to full 
brightness. This is something I don't even notice any more. My 19 inch LCD 
monitor takes 1-2 minutes to warm also. It seems to be the norm.. Dave
