Hi Alex,

My shack is at 18C, so the warm-up time to full brightness is 1 to 2 min. I
also notice this on my computer display.

I bought a Pro-III last week and it takes a good 10 minutes for it to fully
warm up and get to full brightness. Even my LCD monitors have that
  "problem". Those are things I can live with.
