A few years back, there was an episode of "JAG" which poked fun at the
Hollywood producers for their sloppy attention to detail. In this 
episode, Admiral Chegwidden, who was not only _the_ Navy's Judge 
Advocate General but also a SEAL, was employed as a consultant on some
military film or other. He got fired after pointing out one time too 
many just where the problem(s) were and how to do the fix(es).

Not ICOM-related, not even ham-radio-related, but relevant here: we're
by no means the only ones to see this. 

Oh, and I saw an HB9 station on 40 meters, PSK31, last night -- in 
central Oklahoma. Propagation is improving. Get the ICOMs lit up, boys
and girls!
