[ICOM] IC208h Programming Help Needed

I recently picked up a previously-owned IC-208h dual-bander. The 
documentation on the memory scheme and it's programming is pretty 
weak. I wonder if there are any tools or aids available to help me 
better understand how the 500+ memory channels are distributed 
amongst the ten available memory banks? Any assistance and/or 
suggestions will be appreciated. Also, is there a reflector in 
operation that focuses on the IC-208h? Thanks in advance.
