[ICOM] QST March

Folks,

Due to some screw-up on the way to the printer, the March product review 
ended up with a duplicate of the receiver ARRL Lab test data in place of 
the transmitter data. I'm not sure if I had a crack at it at that stage 
or not, but our apologies to all in any case!.

Note that the Web version on the ARRL  members' Web page has the correct 
table 1. See http://www.arrl.org/members-only/prodrev/.

Note also that the transmitter data is virtually unchanged, within unit 
to unit variation, from the transmitter data in the original IC-7800 
review in Aug 2004 - only the receiver has changed.
