[ICOM] ut-102 Voice Synthesizer Unit

Mac, the ut-102 follows the radios volume control. The level of 
announcement at which you desire is set on the radios main board after 
you set the radios volume to the most commonly desired level. I have the 
details for the 706MK2G adjustment along with a picture on this 
site...http://www.qsl.net/icom/  . I am sure the 703 and MK2 are 
similar. I have my Sat. morning errands to do and if I have the time 
later I will try to find the adjustment points. If you want to look for 
yourself just follow the voice board  and you will see  a pot to adjust 
the output line  on the schematic. I tried mine first before releasing 
my findings. My 703 is on loan to a friend right now so all I could do 
is  make an assumption , with out trying it first.  I'll get back with
