[ICOM] 706MKIIG noise

There has been a hissing noise coming out of the speaker of my 706.
It was most noticeable on FM and squelched and aggravated using my 
amplified Clearspeech speaker.

A local teach just went through the radio and discovered, by 
accident, the UT-102 voice module was causing the noise.
When it was unplugged, the module, the noise disappeared.

Anyone else noticed this?
