[ICOM] Quiet wireless routers?

I can only imagine that ALL of these devices BARELY
pass Part 15 & 65!  I would also guess that they used
a "hand picked" unit for the FCC complaince testing &
that a good percentage of the off the shelf units
would not pass the compliance tests.
