[ICOM] IC737A Antenna Relay

Rick,

During my time at Icom I don't remember any issue with the IC-737A relay.
That series is getting some years of use on them now so some items 
wearing out will not be unusual.
I don't know who actually makes the relay, you might find a manufacturer 
on the case of it. Also it may be a relay driver not the actual relay 
thats in trouble.
