[ICOM] VHF Drivers for IC746

I am looking for a source for a pair of 2SC1972 transistors. These are 
the VHF drivers in the IC746 (pre-PRO model).

ICOM America service has some but will not sell them; they are reserved 
for in-house service work.

Can anyone recommend a vendor source for these?
