[ICOM] BP-90 battery pack used on 24AT

Unless they have changed, take it to a Batteries Plus store.  They will
take/cut it apart and replace the batteries.  The price is almost the same
as buying a new pack BUT if the packs aren't available, this is the way to
"fix" it.
