[ICOM] IC-746 no TX/RX on HF bands

	Bert, the problem with IC151 involves TX only;  your 746 problem maybe other, 
probably an unlocked or not working at all oscillator (common to both RX and 
Tx). Surprisingly, it works at 2. That's interesting, will check the schematics.
