[ICOM] SK W5EWD

[Clif Holland]

My apologies if this is incorrect procedure but I don't know what else to 
do. My longtime friend/helper Everett Dickey became a SK on 9/25 at 9:30PM. 
I'm sure many of you talked to him if you called my shop.
