Dear Friends,

Thanks so much to all those who replied! What a great list! And
yes: It is in fact an Icom AT120, and not an AH120 as I had
mistakenly written.

Now for another question for the experts. The antenna system is
basically a 160-meter doublet, fed with about 70-feet of 450-ohm
ladder line. This is on a 40-foot push-up mast, on top of a one story
house. (Our city of Santiago de Querétaro is at 1,898 meters --
6,227 feet -- feet above sea level!) I am wild about getting able to
get back on 160, after a 7-year absence!!

Do I use my 4:1 balun (Made by LDG for 160-10 meters) at the
AT120 matcher output, a coaxial balun or none of the above and
go direct, one side of the ladderline to antenna and the other to ground?

I am assuming from the manual that I DO need the ground connection
AND some radials as well.

Thanks in advance!

Blessings and 73.

Steve, XE1UFO
