[ICOM] IC-775 MAIN DIAL

The main dial on my 775dsp froze up right out of the box when I bought it
new 7-8 years ago. Had to go back to Icom for warranty repair. Apparently
a common problem, with the tuning encoder. It was at one time listed on the
Icom web page as a problem.
