[ICOM] Bad TX audio on 775

No spec sheet found, but they are widely available in buk..........

American Microsemiconductor has them in stock, less than 3 dollars each.

Since this is an electronic attenuator, I would strongly suggest 
confirming the audio input to the device is good before changing it.
