[ICOM] ICOM IC706MKII

Sorry about the post to the entire reflector.  This was intended to have
been a message to one individual only.  Anyway, the problem has been located
and efforts started to resolve the problem.  The problem is with, or in, a
cable connecting an external unit to the radio.
