Substitute the fuses with new ones of equal value. Possible high 
resistance on the fuses, I think this was a thread before. Check the 
archives. Look inside  and check the DC input. While in there tighten 
all circuit board mounting screws and check the ribbon cables to make 
sure they are seated squarely and all the way in. Search archives for 
something like "won't power up". I'm sure you will get lots of help on
