[ICOM] No 12V On Accessory Jacks

As I recall when talking to Bob about the problem, there is no 12V power at
either of the accessory jacks yet the 5A fuse has been replaced and still no
power. It is unlikely that the replacement fuse is defective as well but
who knows. I would assume the fuse would go before a component. I intend
to stop by hopefully tomorrow and check it out.

Bob, make sure the ACC cable is not open. You could also try the other ACC
connector. Either one should work since pin-out used is the same for both.

Subject: [ICOM] No 12V On Accessorary Jacks

Hello Icom Group,

I have a 756 ProIII about 18 months old. I use several rigs and thought
this AM that I'd put the Pro back on the operating desk. I use the
accessory din jack on the back of the rig to power a KD9SV Front End Saver
that requires 12V.

I have determined that I have no 12V on the jack. Yes, I first checked the
5A fuse located on the top of the unit under the cover and RF shield. Any
other thoughts on what might be the problem? 73, Bob K3UL
