Bob, make sure the ACC cable is not open.  You could also try the other ACC
connector.  Either one should work since pin-out used is the same for both.

Hello Icom Group,

I have a 756 ProIII about 18 months old.  I use several rigs and thought 
this AM that I'd put the Pro back on the operating desk.  I use the 
accessory din jack on the back of the rig to power a KD9SV Front End Saver 
that requires 12V.

I have determined that I have no 12V on the jack.  Yes, I first checked the 
5A fuse located on the top of the unit under the cover and RF shield.  Any 
other thoughts on what might be the problem?  73,  Bob K3UL
