   Close  for  the  Duplex  frequency  separation,  but DON'T release the
   function key.

   Depress  FUNC  and  hold, press "7-Shift" then the proper direction of
   the  offset  (*  for minus or # for plus) then four digit keys for the
   offsett (usually 0600), then release the FUNC key.

   There  is  a special consideration for the IC-02AT.  Whatever tone and
   duplex  offset  programmed into memory channel 1 will also be the same
   offset/tone for M1-M6.  M7 through M0 may have independent offsets and
   tone assignments.
