Ken,
You might reconsider selling that HT.
The best of my recollection there was a CPU change at one time on
those HT's and there was a different way to access the offset.
Perhaps your op manual is for the wrong version..
Gary Fiber may be able to comment or remember this too..
I haven't worked on any 02AT's in years so I have forgotten how to do
the offsets on either
CPU version..I hope Gary can help.
