[ICOM] Icom IC-02 AT, 2 m HT FS

Icom IC-02 AT, 2 meter HT

The IC-02 AT covers the 2 meter band, plus receive 
coverage up thru the weather frequencies (162 plus MHz).
It includes a DTMF touch tone pad, and subaudible (PL) 
tones.  Of course it has memories, scan, and all of the 
normal bells and whistles.  It transmits with about 5 Watts 
in high power and about 1/2 watt in low power, and has a 
good receiver.

This particular unit does have one problem, however.  
While it works very well on all simplex frequencies, I can not 
get it to offset for a repeater.  To put it another way, when 
one tries to offset 600 KHz for a repeater, it stays in simplex.  
This must be some sort of programming error on my part, 
but I can not get it to go into the 600 KHz offset.  I probably 
should keep it and use it as a nice scanner, but am basically 
fed up with it, so am offering it for sale.  I am selling the HT 
only.  No accessories, other than both the operating manual 
and service manual on CD.
